I ran the squid - $ squid.exe -d 9 I looked into the discussion thread for the "RLIMIT_NOFILE" problem, but there's no speific answer/instructions to solve it. Help me!

Some questions:
Why you need to build yourself Squid on Windows ? Binaries for Windows are already available.
Again, what build environment ?, what configure options ?
The 2.5 version builds very fine with MinGW.
