If you mean ICAP client support in Squid, then yes, I am using and working on that feature in Squid3. It works well in my environment and increasingly better in others. C-icap is the name of an ICAP server. I use and work on a different ICAP server, but the main c-icap developer (Christos Tsantilas) is an active contributor to the Squid3 ICAP project so I am sure Squid3 gets a lot of testing with c-icap as well.
