Oof. I think you typed in correctly, but g++ may treat .E file extension specially. If you have not given up yet, please try the above command, but rename MemPool.E into MemPool.cc (in the command and on disk). You may want to preserve the original MemPool.cc somewhere. Thank you, Alex.
