are you running the debug test as the same user that squidguard runs as? If
you debug as root and then run squidguard as nobody or some other
unprivileged user, you may encounter permission problems that the debug will
not.

When i do the debug test from the Unix console, the correct pages are
blocked but when a browser tries to acces these sites they still can
where as they should be redirected to our company homepage.
