I am managing to block URL extensions E.G. exe, MP3 and so on (expression
follows) :

\.(exe|zip|rar|arj|lha|tar|wav|au|aif|mp3|voc|mid|ra?m|rm|mpe?g?|mov|movie|q
t|avi|dif|dvd?|mpv2)($|\?)

I am trying to find away to let specific URL's extensions through. E.G.

http://<someURL>/cgi-bin/mailto.exe

I have tried using expressions and using the URLS db. but to no avail.

doe's anyone know if this is possible and does the ACL for the pass rule,
work as if one rule is satisfied e.g. !porn it ignores the rest or does it
process all destination groups

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
