My bodge solution for such things is to have an "allow" group that contains
URLs and sites that are explicitly allowed through, then use something like
pass allowed !ads !porn etc
Not ideal, but handy for one-offs. I started using it when I found a few
numeric IP addresses that needed to be allowed but were blocked by the
in-addr rule.
