That's a relatevily harmless message. It means the last line in the file does not end with a newline (aka LF) and vi fears it might be a binary. This could be the result of the software used to upload the file from eg. a DOS-Windows based environment. (This could also lead to change in the file size; in a file with so many short records, a record termination with LF versus CR/LF couild make quite a difference, but that's just a guesss). The "incomplete last line" message is almost alway harmless. I don't expect sg to trip over this. At best the last URL or domain would be affected. So don't let this distract you from the real issue.
Any volunteers to ping the complete list? I'll certainly give it a try and get back with some stats.
