No matter what the documentation says, squidGuard 1.20
requires Berkeley db version 3.29.

Subject: db problem.

hi.
thanks for your help.
this is what I did:
1- I installed db-2.7.7 (1-./configure 2-cd dist
3-make 4-make install) and there was not any error.

2- I installed squidGuard-1.2.0(1-./configure
...2-make 3-make test 4-make install) and there was
not any error)
after I copied the config file and renamed it to
squidGuard.conf,in log directory that I made it
manually there was squidGuard.log, but in db directory
that also I made it manually there was not anything.
after I ran /usr/local/bin/squidGuard and this was
the output:
[5640] destblock good missing active content, set
inactive
[5640] destblock local missing active content, set
inactive
[5640] init domainlist
/usr/local/squidGuard/db/dest/adult/domains
[5640]/usr/local/squidGuard/db/dest/adult/domains:
no such file or directory error db_open:no such file
or directory
[5640] going into emergency mode.

what's the problem ?what shoul I do?

regards
azita
