Sounds like Squidguard is having hassle accessing
/usr/local/squidGuard/db/dest/adult/domains. A couple of things to try:

1. Check the permissions. Best bet is to do a:
   
   chown -R squid.squid /usr/local/squidGuard/db

   Assuming your Squid runs as user squid, group squid.

2. Check that there actually is a 'domains' file in
/usr/local/squidGuard/db/dest/adult/
