This is what we're doing.  What you want is transparent proxying.  
Essentially, you use ipchains to redirect traffic destined to anywhere 
on port 80 to the localhost port 3128 (the squid port).  This effectively 
re-routes most http traffic through squid, and therefore through 
squidGuard if you have it set up.  Info on how to set up transparent 
proxying can be found at the squid website in the FAQ.
