I have changed it so that sxfmd blocks instead of lets sites through, and 
it does block sites that have been added. But ac.uk get blocked by 
something but it's not logged, so I suspect they are being caught by the 
default action for that group.

But the line is defiantly in the domain list and I have rebuilt the DB.

Subsequent entries such as having www.leeds.ac.uk in the domain file work
