ac.uk is the top level domain for academic institutions in the United 
Kingdom, sort of equivalent to edu for the USA

There is no www.ac.uk but you'll find lots of www.<institution>.ac.uk

For example: www.sunderland.ac.uk - Sunderland University's web site

Does your (presumably) dstdomain acl say .ac.uk or just ac.uk - if the 
leading period character is missing, you will not get what you want.
