Club Chuckles! Comedy by Mike Spiegelman, Bridgette Schwartz, Denny Hott & LK Bothered Music by Dan Sartain 10pm, $5
This month's Club Chuckles features the standup comedic stylings of Mike Spiegelman,
Bridgette Schwartz, and Denny Hott & LK Bothered! Plus, a screening of the short, "After
Hours", that chronicles Johnny & Tony's failed attempt to stage a late nite palace coup at
the Happy Hour with Bob McDonald talk show. A can of laffs!
Our extra special musical guest is Mr. Dan Sartain (Swami Records), a 22-year old
Birmingham, Alabama, lady killer, who reminds of �Richard Hell, or the Voidoids fronted by
Hasil Adkins, or Buddy Holly had he been a Punk" sez John Reis of Rocket from the Crypt and
Swami Records.
Mike Spiegelman is a founding member of the sketch groups The Bitter Show and Fresh
Robots. He starred as the Captain in the independent film Muetes Ul Gallaxiante! and was the
lead in the San Francisco cult film short 38 Geary. He's a Libra.
Bridget Schwartz has performed at the Punchline, Josie's Cabaret and the
Herbst Theater. She Co-hosted "Late Night Live" at Josies, perfomed in every
sin In James Judds, "7 Sins".
CLUB CHUCKLES is the Hemlock Tavern�s smash hit monthly comedy nite. This is not your
grandmother�s �two-drink maximum� club from the days of comedy yore. Club Chuckles is a
clean, well-lighted place for laffs where good friends gather to experience comedy together
in one intestine-clearing live show format.
