Sherry Glaser's "Oh My Goddess!" WEDNESDAY MAY 26TH,� 8PM LAST SHOW!
The Oakland Box Theater is pleased to announce�the�return�of Sherry Glaser's
revolutionary one-woman theater piece entitled "Oh My Goddess".

"Oh My Goddess",�Sherry Glaser's hysterically funny and revolutionary theater
piece�begins with the character Miguel De Cervantes, a working man struggling
with his identity and his cultural role as a servant. With the help of a tele-psychic
named Reality, he cleanses his chakras, finds his true destiny here on Earth
and becomes the channel for the return of the Great Jewish Mother of us all Ma.
Ma has awakened after 5000 years to find herself erased from creation and her
children running amok destroying �her house�. It is through simple and positive
humor that these characters remind us of our true heroism and inspires courage
to confront the global crisis we face.

Oakland Box Theater is located at 1928 Telegraph Avenue, Oakland CA 94612,
between 19th and 20th streets, next door to Sears in Downtown Oakland. BART
is 1-1/2 blocks away on 19th and Broadway. It is also one block or so away from
the Paramount.
From Berkeley and points North and West: Get on I-980 Downtown Oakland
from HWY 580 East.Exit on 18th Street. Take a LEFT, and go a few blocks to
Telegraph Ave. Take a LEFT onto Telegraph Ave, and go one block. Oakland
Box is located between 19th & 20th streets, on the right.
From East Oakland and points East and South: Get on I-980 Downtown Oakland
from HWY 24, or HWY 880 North. Exit on 17th Street. Take a right and go a few
blocks to Telegraph Avenue. Take a LEFT onto Telegraph Ave, and go one
block. Oakland Box is located between 19th & 20th streets, on the right.
Take Telegraph Avenue going North to Grand Avenue and take a LEFT on
Grand. Go ONE block to Northgate and make a RIGHT onto Northgate and
proceed to freeway on ramp strait ahead. All ramps are accessible from here.
