Mark B. from the Guardian wrote that he came by to check out our last event, all ready to be surly, and couldn't help but have a great time! So come on down; it's a great event to escape the sometimes caustic experience of people on the street unwilling to be friendly. See, there is no expectation at this event; nothing being sold to you, nothing you have to "do," or sing slong, or practice with the group. It's just a place where people enjoy the experience of being nice in an environment where the music is not loud and the party starts early. Come straight from work, get some dinner while you're here (it's also a supper club) and have a good and relaxing time. And come find your hosts if you want -- we're nice too! The 47 bus from Van Ness takes you right to it. If you are driving, don't park in the parking lot that is empty and beckoning. The owners of it would rather tow than let people pay to park there at night.
