It seems to work fine. I tested with a wrong CA and imapproxy refused to 
startup. 

What happens if it hits a wrong CA on reconnection (that is, not on 
startup)? I guess it quits, leaving the service down until some 
admin restarts it. Perhaps it should loop traying to connect instead?
