What errors you do see in your postfix logs? How have you configured postfix? I had to change one other setting in postfix. I can't remember what it was and I'm not at my machine, sorry. There are too many variables here, most of which have nothing to do with Squirrelmail. You should get a local email client going with this first, then put squirrelmail on top of it.
Really, I'm not trying to be mean, but you've got to break down the problem.
