DB.php isn't part of SquirrelMail. It is part of the PEAR module for
PHP. In other words, it is a PHP distributed file. SquirrelMail uses
the PEAR module to allow use of multiple database sources without
being specific in the code, ie DB::Connect, instead of mysql_connect.
