True, the DB.php file is missing. The thing is, it didn't seem to require it before. I can't find any evidence of the file being there.Jonathan, I really am pretty clueless on this, but since things can be pretty quiet on a Friday night, I'll throw out my suggestion. Looks to me like the mod_php you put on there now requires something that you don't have - a file called DB.php. Which makes me think the mod_php you upgraded to requires a different - probably newer php. Just an outloud thought - you might want to check and see if the mod_php you used has a version requirement for the underlying php...
What I did was turn off the database based prefs/address book, and Squirrelmail works once again, and I'm re-installing the ebuild (Gentoo) of mod_php-4.3.2 with a few different options to see if that works.
I just thought it was odd because mod_php didn't create or delete anything in /home/httpd/htdocs/squirrelmail...
