Ok. :) I tried that (made sure PEAR came along) and with the DB stuff set up in conf.pl, everything *seems* to be working with the sole exception of data actually going to/from the database. At least the interface doesn't blow up. It just won't talk to the DB. :(It's not too bad ;) Honest... You've upgraded your mod_php, but didn't upgrade/include the PEAR package as part of it. Make sure you include it, and this problem will go away.
PHP was compiled/etc/with MySQL support, and phpmyadmin works ok too.
Anything else i can check? =/
As a side note, this is has been asked before several times, it's worth skimming the archives, if not at sourceforge.net, then try gmane.org.
