Hello, We are using the latest stable Squirrelmail, with a MySQL backend which is hosted on another server.
Squirrelmail is installed on our two mail severs, and each one is identical. On one server, loggin in is no problem whatsoever. On the other, the following error comes up right after clicking the "Login" button: --- ERROR --- Preference database error (extension not found). Exiting abnormally --- ERROR --- Just in case it was something odd on this server, I copied over the Squirrelmail directory from the working server (to be sure they are exact duplicates), but the error still comes up. I have not been able to find anything onGoogle or Deja about this, nor the FAQ. The searchable archives at Sourceforge are useless, since my experience has been that putting more than one word to search for results in the search not finding anything. If anyone has any ideas about the cause of this error, I would appreciate it. If you require more info, please let me know, and I will see what I can do about providing it.
