When you telnet to the imap serer as in --> telnet your.server.com 143

what do you see?

I just noticed that mine says --> IMAP4 Service 8.3

I *also* just noticed that the squirrelmail docs say to use --> IMAP4rev1 server

I wonder if that could be the problem...?

If you figure this out, I'm having the same problem, posted to the list a few days back, and haven't heard anything.

Exactly the same config, exactly the same error.

Subject: [SM-USERS] Error after logging in

Hi,

I run PHP on machine A and IMAP in Machine B.  In the config I have changed the variable '$imapServerAddress' to the address of the imap server.

I get the following error when logging in:

ERROR : Bad or malformed request.
Query: FETCH 1:1010 (FLAGS UID RFC822.SIZE BODY.PEEK[HEADER.FIELDS (Date To Cc From Subject X-Priority Content-Type)])
Server responded: Bogus attribute list in UID FETCH

Huh?

Thanks,
Don
