Latest CVS snapshot (071803) of stable SM 1.4.2 Thanks for this great webmail first... much improved over our last one which shall remain nameless.
Doing some testing. Have Options - Display Preferences - Message Display - Show HTML Version by default- set to no, I received a message which has no text version, and it displays really ugly. (i.e. displays the html, does not render it) I would guess that "by default" would mean that if the email is only HTML, then the HTML version should display, correct? searched archives, on this, did not find anything.. are they broken? so ? is this a bug or feature? workaround - Is there a way to set the default preference on this item to "Show HTML version" - yes ... so I dont get a bunch of complaints... here is the offending message (as displayed in the message details window of SM): - From: "Phil" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: s <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, de <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, [EMAIL PROTECTED], <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, a <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, C<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, C <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Date: Mon, 14 Jul 2003 07:49:06 -0700 MIME-Version: 1.0 Subject: dance dance dance CC: randi <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, [EMAIL PROTECTED], Mary & Jeff <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, Sh <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, m <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, willow <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, Reinhart <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, josserand <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Message-ID: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Priority: normal X-mailer: Pegasus Mail for Windows (v4.12a) Content-type: text/html; charset=US-ASCII Content-transfer-encoding: 7BIT Content-description: Mail message body Content-Length: 1833 <?xml version="1.0" ?><html> <head> <title></title> </head> <body> <div align="left"><font face="Arial"><span style="font-size:12pt">Heyeverybody:</span></font></div> <div align="left"><font face="Arial"><span style="font-size:12pt">  Let's go dancing!</span></font></div> <div align="left"><font face="Arial"><span style="font-size:12pt">     </span></font></div> <div align="left"><font face="Arial"><span style="font-size:12pt">WHEN:  Saturday , July 1, anytime after 9 or 9:30</span></font></div> <div align="left"><font face="Arial"><span style="font-size:12pt">WHERE:  Berky's bar, 5769 E.
