Don't need to know anything about PHP to read... take a look at the
error message... it's telling you that ../attachments/{blah} cannot be
created, permission denied. So, go into your squirrelmail directory,
and check the permissions of the attachments directory.

---> Well, the permissions on the directory were what it always has been,
and the other directories match...  It's at 755, and 777 does fix it, but
I'm a little uncomfortable keeping something world-writable and executable.
But if that fixes it, I guess that's what I'll have to do.
