All,

Sorry for the delay, you would not believe the nightmare I endured for a
month 'updating' my system. Picture Homer Simpson laughing gleefully
chasing Lucky the Leprachaun and you have an idea as to my mental state
now. If not familiar with Homer, then picture any overweight, stupid man
chasing a little man and laughing gleefully.

Short version:
download spam_stopper plugin v.01 here:
http://www.phatcom.net/downloads/spam_stopper.0.1-1.0.0.tar.gz

And I have not changed anything since my original post which said I
developed it with register_globals=on. Since I have reinstalled my system
and reg_global=off is now the default, I will be fixing it shortly.

So, the new version will be better, but no time limit as to when it will
appear.

Long version:

I was not avail due to taking my system down to install qmail-scanner and
spamassassin among other things. My setup is nearing complete IPv6
accessibility, I just have to patch qmail SMTP.

I recommend using mr icon's www.mricon.com setup procedure. You use only
the 1st cd on redhat 9 and the yum update program to install anything else
after install. After finding out the hard way CD-RW's make poor long term
storage solutions, old hardware goes bad inevitably, and no matter what
Murphy's law always apply, I have opted to go with any solution that has
you up and running fast. Remind me to include mr icon on my christmas
list.

I have the plugin available now. It is at the address above, but a new
version will appear as soon as I can. I sincerely hope it is of some use
to you, and apologize for my delay in responding.

Long version wasn't very long, was it?

Thanks!

Dave
