HI All, I am using Redhat 9.0 with sendmail package
with squirrelmail. My problem is very strange. Please
help me or tell me what happen. Thanks a lot. 1.
All
my staff can send and receive mail on squirrelmail in our company intranet. 2.
Only
staff A and B cannot send mail on squirrelmail at home. But they can check mail
and change any preference. 3.
All
other staff can send mail on squirrelmail with different location even they are
on tip 4.
My
friend helps me to test squirrelmail on internet with different OS and Browser.
The version as below: Win98SE Chinese and IE 6.0 SP1, Win2k Pro Eng and IE5.0
SP3, Win2k Pro Chinese and IE 6.0, and WinXP Pro Chinese and IE 6.0 SP2. All versions
are successfully to send and receive mail. 5.
Staff
A use notebook to connect squirrelmail with Windows XP Home Chinese and IE 6.0.
He fails to send mail at home even his uses different login account. 6.
I
use Staff A notebook to connect squiirelmail in my intranet. It can send and
receive mail 7.
Staff
B use desktop to connect squirrelmail with Windows 2000 Pro Chinese and IE 6.0.
He fails to send mail at home. 8.
Then…..
I have no idea on how to solve the problem. Is it the browser problem? or ISP
network problem? Or OS Problem? I think it should not be the account problem. I
think ISP network problem but it does not reasonable. How can I determine the
problem and fix it. Thanks for your any comments.
