[SM-USERS] ERROR : Bad or malformed request.

I realize a similar situtation is documented in the help section.  But I do not see reference to this:   ERROR : Bad or malformed request. Query: LSUB "mail/" "*" Server responded: LSUB command incorrect   It is both in my menu and inbox.  How would I correct this error?
