A variety of plugins were added, such as folder_sync, folder_sizes, legend, smallcal, pupdate, compatibility, etc. I'm using IE for access and have not modified the settings in it from default (new install, it's on my todo list). Under previous implementations, it's just been a matter of uncompressing/-archiving the files and then modifying the ownership to match the SM install. This does not seem to be the case today.
