I have users trying to download large attachments, and where they were getting blank files before (due to the php.conf file size stuff) they are now getting "You must be logged in" errors instead of the files.
I have looked in the archives (and probably missed the fixes) but so far have not found a way to fix this. The file sizes are all over 2MB in size, sometimes as large as 6MB, and some users are on dial-up.
