Hello, The data directory is chmoded 777 and the users' pref files are all 600. I did look at the page you sent and everything looks okay except for this one "Make sure both your data directory AND its contents are readable and writeable by the user that your web server runs as. That means checking TWO things: ownership and permissions." I tried to follow the instructions from there but I am not very familiar with ssh. I did try though and I still don't know what that problem is.
