I have safe mode off (and have never turned it on) but still don't see this option. Is there something else I should be looking for?

Thanks Again.

Is there a way to have SquirrelMail use a time offset from the system

mail is tagged with a US time stamp. Is there an easy why to implement
an offset?

Options->Personal Info

Time Zone

You will see it only when php is not in safe mode or TZ variable can be modified.
