The server time could be in one time zone, while you're in another...
either that, or the server was setup incorrectly. I suggest using ntp
to keep the time in sync, and up to date... Also ensure the server is
in the right time zone. If you are not in the same time zone as the
server, you can adjust your perceived time zone by going to Options,
Personal Options, and adjusting your timezone in there.
