I don't have any specific option do deactivate plugin:
see the my cong.pl menu:
SquirrelMail Configuration : Read: config.php (1.2.0)
---------------------------------------------------------
Main Menu --
1. Organization Preferences
2. Server Settings
3. Folder Defaults
4. General Options
5. Themes
6. Address Books (LDAP)
7. Message of the Day (MOTD)
8. Plugins
9. Database

D. Set pre-defined settings for specific IMAP servers

C. Turn color on
S Save data
Q Quit

Then if I select 8 I have:

Available Plugins:
    4. calendar.original
    5. translate
    6. squirrelspell
    7. spamcop
    8. filters
    9. administrator
    10. newmail
    11. bug_report
    12. compatibility
    13. sent_subfolders
    14. mail_fetch
    15. listcommands
    16. delete_move_next

A Sanitize all plugins for use with Squirrelmail 1.2

R Return to Main Menu
C. Turn color on
S Save data
Q Quit

But anything do deactiovate.
How can I do?
Thank you.

Mauro
