Apologies for the mass posting - I have just reinstalled version 1.4.2 and now I can delete folders but I still can not click them and can not create folders as sub-folders of anything - just <none> -
I am beginning to think this is a server issue though, something isn’t connecting or the program is not installing correctly. When I uninstall this version, returning to 1.2 and try to log in I get the following error: Error opening ../data/default_pref Default preference file not found or not readable! Please contact your system administrator and report this error. So this may be the issue? Any one any ideas on this - I've run out now :( It's ok as long as no user wants to create or use folders but that sounds a bit rubbish as a solution. I'm sure SM isn't meant to act in this way - maybe I need to upgrade /reinstall it? Thanks, Nick --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com).
