sounds like you need to use conf.pl, option D and make sure your IMAP
server settings are correct.  there is lots of help already available for
these types of problems if you search the mailing list archives

completely unrelated.  this is just a matter of configuration (location)
and/or ownership/permissions on the data directory and its contents.  see
the SM website for ways to fix this, but again, you should stay with 1.4





Any one any ideas on this - I've run out now
