Courier and Postfix both support the use of MySQL, which to me is a hell
of a lot easier to setup than LDAP.  There are plenty of docs on how to
do courier-imap/postfix/mysql.  A good starting point is the postfix
website, under the documents and FAQs, there is a couple of links to
virtual setups.  Also google is a great hint.
