[SM-USERS] Preference file could not be opened

I get the Preference file could not be opened error when I try to log in at least once a month.  Each time I have to go in and delete the my personal preference file.   ‘Preference file, ../data/[EMAIL PROTECTED], could not be opened. Contact your system administrator to resolve this issue.’   How can I stop this from happening.   CMD   Candice M. Dixon www.CandiceDixon.com
