  Sounds like you are not an administrator at riseup.net.  The solution to
your problem would have to involve administrative access and changing
some code, so you should talk to someone at riseup and refer them to
this list if needed.

  Not sure if riseup has installed the abook_import_export plugin, but
that would be a start, although you'll have to see if Hotmail has any
means that would allow you to export your addressbook.  Browse the
SquirrelMail web site and/or Google, and you might turn something up
too.
