Either the /squirrelmail directory doesn't exist or your permissions are
wrong.  Your webserver's log files should give you some better clues as to
where the problem is.  On RedHatish boxes, look at
/var/log/httpd/error_log.  Another possiblity is you may need to restart
the webserver so that it picks up the squirrelmail specific httpd.conf
settings (squirrelmail.conf).  This is the case if you installed via RPM.
