Something is wrong with your PHP setup, or your server.  From the
looks of it, your server is reporting an issue starting a session.
This is often caused by the web server not being able to write where
it needs to write the temporary session files, or their is no disk
space for it to write to.  Try turn error_reporting to E_ALL in your
php.ini file, and restarting apache.  Attempt to open the login page
again, and see if you get more helpful information.
