Using RedHat, but not sure of rest of details as it is not my server. Just got SM added to my own space on server because provider could not give me it on Port80...

I see my standard folders listed and they work OK (INBOX, INBOX.Drafts, INBOX.Sent, INBOX.trash). However, they are not listed as being "subscribed", even though they work fine, and so I am unable to put sub-folders beneath my INBOX (because the drop-down list of folders is empty). I am able to add new folders, but only at the same level as the default folders. I am sure it is a setting that is wrong.
