While not others use outlook, others might find these postings useful.

To be honest, I've not seen anything to reflect either in my setup,
but I don't have a huge mail base, maybe 30 or so active users. For
larger operations, and DB setup might be a better option as you could
use a clustered DB environment along with clustered web servers etc.
For small setups such as mine, a plain straight forward file setup
would work just fine.
