I tried sending this through my college webmail, which is who you are dealing with, but the message was returned to me. Here is a copy of it.
We are not dealing with anyone. Presumably your university downloaded our application and is using it on their server. You will need to contact your university admin to get a straight answer, but from what I can tell from your (very vague) message, your admin may want to look at the Unsafe Image Rules plugin (where you can control which "unsafe" images are blocked and which are not). Before asking your admin, make sure it's not already there by looking on the Options page for "Unsafe Image Rules".

I have been having problems getting pictures to come through that are sent
from people on my mailing list. I checked the box for that purpose. The
only other option is to press the button that opens up all of the pictures
to come through. Do you have any other suggestions/
