SquirrelMail is just web mail software. The people who you have contacted at the squirrelmail-users mailing list are the developers and other users of that software. If you need to contact your service provider (and you do), this is not the right place to do that. You should go to the people who you presumably are paying money to.

If your email address appears correct and you haven't received the verification email, you may want to check with your email provider to make sure you aren't having difficulties receiving messages from Yahoo!

The best way to make sure that the email verification code works
is to copy and paste the URL of the code into your web browser.
This will avoid any possible misinterpretations of the number one
and the lower case 'L' or the number zero and the uppercase 'o'.
