Hello - First the tech bits: SQ 1.4.2 IMAP: courier-imapd-0.42.0 apache-1.3.27 on Redhat 7.3
I have an odd issue. Between the hours of 5am and 8am users login, and get a message saying the must login in either one of both the frames (folder list or the message display). Some time it happens after a couple mins of activity, some times as soon as they log in. I have not been able to pinpoint the times yet. Here is a sample from my /var/log/maillog: Dec 8 05:04:28 newman imapd: Connection, ip=[::ffff:127.0.0.1] Dec 8 05:04:28 newman imapd: LOGIN, user=mathew, ip=[::ffff:127.0.0.1] Dec 8 05:04:38 newman imapd: Connection, ip=[::ffff:127.0.0.1] Dec 8 05:04:38 newman imapd: LOGOUT, user=mathew, ip=[::ffff:127.0.0.1], headers=65520, body=0 Dec 8 05:04:43 newman imapd: LOGIN FAILED, ip=[::ffff:127.0.0.1] Dec 8 05:04:43 newman imapd: DISCONNECTED, ip=[::ffff:127.0.0.1], headers=0, body=0 Dec 8 05:05:42 newman imapd: Connection, ip=[::ffff:127.0.0.1] the Disconnected corresponds to when a a user gets logged out (while trying to read a message, or doing anything with his/her mail). Any other time (not during 5am to 8am) it runs great. Any ideas why a user would be logged out during use? Thanks for any help.
