Hello all, I have done an installtion of the Qmailrocks and everything is just working fine. I have alse installed Squirrelmail 1.4.3 and thats working perfectly with most plugins configured properly.
I am only facing one problem and that is with the display of quota. I have correctly installed as per the README and INSTALL documents. I also read the FAQ and checked the QUOTA. Everything seems to be correct. THe only problem is that only 2 users out of my 22 users configured correctly show the Quota status in the left pane. Other users dont show at all. Their quota is set as well as there is lots of mail in their inbox. So the quota usage is not 0%. Everything is well tested and the email and IMAP seem to be workign perfectly. I have also telnet to localhost on port 143 and queried for QUOTAROOT on INBOX for all users and it seems to be working fine. SO I really dont understand as to what is going wrong and why and where? I am stuck. Users need to know quota usage as its very important for them. Now my quota settings are simple. Every Manager gets 100 MB of quota, Technicians and Engineers also get 100 MB and clerical staff and other department staff like developers get 20 MB since their communication is not much. I am only able to see quota on the postmaster account and one other account called Rajesh who is another engineer but has no domain administrator privileges. Please can anyone help. Thanks a lot.
