You can have both running at the same time.  That will give users the
choice of either downloading their e-mail from the server in to their
mail client (POP3), or leaving the e-mail on the server so they can
see it from any mail client including SquirrelMail (IMAP)

Re-enable MercuryI (IMAP) and restart Mercury/32.

Do you know if the delimiter is a "/".  If so, then that is great,
otherwise put it back to the default of "detect".  Other than that, it
looks good.  Open up your browser and have another go.
