INBOX-es in my linux box are located in standard place - /var/spool/mail

Emails stay there until I don't Trash them (using SM), after that they
go in the file INBOX.Trash which location is determined with the
variable specified with $default_folder_prefix that will be a sub-folder
of the user HOME_DIR as specified in /etc/passwd.

Said so, it looks to me that mailboxes location is not an issue.
Am I wrong? Maybe I didn't explain well in my first post. I wrote INBOX
just because SM uses that as prefix for default local user folders.
