Sounds like IE is blocking cookies and Firefox isn't. This could be the
result of changes to IE security
settings, use of 3rd party security software, or maybe some new
"security" patch from M$.
This started suddenly, about two weeks ago. I can't quite figure why.
Some time before it first happened, I installed two new plugins.
Archive_Mail and email_footer. I'm not sure if this caused the error. The
plugins worked fine. Disabling those two plugins did no good. Same error
as before.
There were no further changes to the installation.
If it works in Firefox, there is nothing wrong with your SM
installation. The culprit is, as you identified,
Internet Explorer. Check your browser security settings, particularly in
relation to cookies.

Dovecot IMAP server.
SuSE Linux 8.0
Browser: Firefox 1.0 + 1.0.7, IE 5.5 on WindowsNT + Win 2000
I hope someone has a good hint for me, as I'd really like to use SM in the
future. But not with such annoying errors.
