Im using outlook 2003, how do I fix the character problem? Is there a way to view unsafe images without the unsafe image rules plugin? Please fix your email program. There is no 0x92 character in iso-8859-1 character set. windows-1252 is similar to iso-8859-1, that they are not the same.
